From its location at the top of Val Thorens village (it’s in fact the most elevated 5* hotel in Europe!) you can be on the slopes as quickly as you can clip into your bindings.
Val Thorens is famed for the variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment on offer in such close proximity. You can be in the heart of the resort within a 10-minute stroll or using the on-demand, complimentary guest shuttle bus (8:30am – 10pm).
Catering
You have the choice of bed and breakfast or half board.
Breakfast is a buffet with an array of cold continental options as well as daily hot dishes.
Dinner is a delicious 5-course meal served each evening in L’Atelier d’Eric. Special dietary requirements are catered for with advance notice, on request.
Evening meals can be swapped for a credit to use in Le Diamant Noir restaurant or La Cave (€35 per adult and €15 per child up to 12 years). Le Diamant Noir is a gourmet restaurant that offers tasty cuisine mixing land and sea. L’Atelier is a family restaurant and the hotel takes care to welcome and look after both the children and their parents.
