What kind of holidays does Packed provide?

Our selection of group holidays covers all things sun, city, and snow. We cater for groups of friends, families, stag and hen trips, company and team-building trips, sports teams and fitness communities.

Does Packed provide the holidays?

We don't provide the holidays, we are a group travel planning and booking service to help you discover and book the best group holidays out there. We've teamed up with a huge selection of amazing holiday providers and hotels to ensure that we can give you a big selection at great prices, from providers that we trust and that we know will give you a great holiday!

Is Packed secure?

Packed is completely secure! We are a member of the Travel Trust Association (membership ID Q5447) and we have an ATOL license (license number T7635), which gives complete financial protection for your money. All payments are taken through our secure website, which fully encrypts your card details so that not even we can see them!

Is booking with Packed the same price as booking directly?

Booking through Packed is the same price as booking directly with the holiday provider but with a much higher level of service! Not only do we shop around on your behalf to ensure that you get the best deal but we are here for you if you want any advice on what to do once you are on holiday or even what to pack.

What are your opening hours?

We use WhatsApp and Messenger to talk to customers, which means that you can message us at any time of day. But please expect a response during the following hours:

What does the Packed Group trip planner app do?

Over the years we’ve been helping organisers plan group trips, we’ve learned that the biggest challenge is finding out who’s free and getting commitment.

The Packed app makes it quick and easy:

  • Invite your friends to vote on dates, destination and even the budget for your trip
  • Clearly see when friends are free and what they want to do
  • Collect details like date of birth and dietary requirements in one place so you're ready to book

What kind of groups is the app best for?

Our app is designed for any group holiday from a trip with your family to a huge corporate off-site. Set up a trip, invite your friends, family or colleagues, and quickly agree on a plan.

How to book

How do I book a group trip through Packed?

Our How it works page tells you everything that you need to know.

If you know what you're looking for, then you can browse our curated collection of group holidays and put together a shortlist. We will send you a personalised quote in WhatsApp or Messenger, which you can easily share options with your group. You pick your favourite and book. Simple.

If you're not sure what you're looking for, then you need our app. You can invite your friends to vote on dates, destination and even the budget for your trip so that you can clearly see when they are free and what they want to do.

You've sent me options, what happens next?

If you want to book one of the options, just hit the 'Book now' button on your quote and we will send you a booking page to share with your group so you can all book separately.

You don't love any of the options or have found one cheaper elsewhere? Just reply to your travel planner and let them know - we're more than happy to price match or find you new options.

I found the same holiday cheaper elsewhere, can you match the price?

Absolutely, just let your travel planner know and we will do all we can to match it so that you can still get all of the benefits of booking through Packed, like everyone booking and paying separately.

Can everyone in the group pay separately?

Yes! Once you have chosen the package you want to book, you will recieve a link to a booking page to share with your group. Everyone can book and pay separately and choose their own extras.

If you're a club or a company and would rather pay together, that is no problem too, just let your travel planner know.

How much is the deposit and when do I have to pay the balance?

The deposit amount depends on which of our carefully selected partners is providing your holiday. Your travel planner will let you know how much the deposit will be when they send you prices. Final balances are due 12 weeks prior to departure.

Your booking

I booked online but didn't recieve a booking confirmation. What do I do?

Sadly our emails do sometimes end up in spam folders so please check that first. If you still can't see it, please just let us know on Messenger or WhatsApp, email us at [email protected] or call us on 02039 000 226 and we will resend it straight away.

How can I change my booking?

Please talk to your travel planner on Messenger or WhatsApp, email us at [email protected] or call us on 02039 000 226. They will be able to tell you what your best options are.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, however, the cancellation fee depends on how long it is before you are due to depart and the booking terms of our carefully selected partner who is providing your holiday.
